1.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the luky22 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the luky22 Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform from time to time.

1.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and luky22 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or arrangements.
2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to open a luky22 account and participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity. luky22 enforces age verification through CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) documentation during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be suspended immediately, any balance will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the luky22 Platform is lawful under the laws applicable in your city, province, and country of residence. luky22 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. By using the Platform, you confirm that online gaming and betting is not prohibited under any law applicable to you.
2.3 Mental Capacity. You must be of sound mind and not acting under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that may impair your judgement at the time of placing bets or making financial transactions on luky22.
2.4 luky22 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at any time if it determines that eligibility requirements are not met.
3.1 Single Account. Each player is permitted to hold only one luky22 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or with the intent to circumvent restrictions — is strictly prohibited. luky22 may close all accounts found to be duplicates and forfeit associated balances without prior notice.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 KYC Verification. luky22 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC and additional documentation at any time — including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luky22 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify luky22 immediately via the official support contact if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. luky22 will never request your password through any communication channel.
3.5 Account Currency. luky22 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You acknowledge that exchange rate fluctuations may apply if you fund your account through a non-PKR payment instrument.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. luky22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller, subject to availability. luky22 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the luky22 cashier section and may vary by payment method. luky22 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with or without prior notice.
4.3 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your luky22 account are from a legitimate source and belong to you personally. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party or use payment instruments that are not registered in your name.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. luky22 targets processing times of 30 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa and 1–2 business days for bank transfers, but does not guarantee these timeframes. Delays may occur due to KYC requirements, payment processor issues, or fraud review processes.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. luky22 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.
5.1 All bets placed on luky22 are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each game, sports market, or competition as published on the Platform.
5.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only valid once confirmed by the luky22 system and reflected in your bet history. luky22 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has concluded (late bets) or where an obvious technical error has occurred.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the game interface or sports betting panel. luky22 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout applicable to any player or event at its sole discretion.
5.4 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or software error that causes an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or balances, luky22 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore the correct balance. luky22 is not liable for losses caused by technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
5.5 Cricket and Sports Betting. PSL, international cricket, and other sports betting markets on luky22 are governed by the specific betting rules displayed within each market. Void bets are returned as stake. In-play bets are accepted at the odds available at the time of placement; any delay in transmission is at the player's risk.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers available on luky22 are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, minimum odds, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum cashout restrictions. These specific terms are displayed at the point of bonus activation and form part of these Terms.
6.2 luky22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including where there is reasonable suspicion of promotional abuse.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. Coordinated betting patterns, exploiting technical errors, using multiple accounts, or any other strategy designed to take unfair advantage of luky22 bonuses constitutes abuse. luky22 may void any winnings derived from such activity and close the account.
6.4 Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are fully met.

8.1 luky22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and supports players in maintaining healthy gambling habits. The Platform provides the following tools accessible from the account settings panel: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
8.2 Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is activated on a luky22 account, it cannot be reversed during the selected duration. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new luky22 account during the exclusion period.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any luky22 content without prior written permission.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luky22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to access the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses resulting from gambling outcomes.
10.2 luky22 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by luky22's negligence.
11.1 luky22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the luky22 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
12.1 These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which luky22 is licensed and operated. Players in Pakistan are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable federal and provincial laws, including but not limited to those governing online gaming, financial transactions, and data protection.
12.2 Any dispute arising from your use of luky22 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as determined by luky22 at the time of the dispute.
